Made of hardwood chippings the Bradley flavor Bisquettes are the key to any Bradley Smoker experience. Releasing flavor right when they start to burn, these bisquettes burn off every twenty minutes producing both a clean smoke flavor and preventing the after-taste of wood flavor burned too long.

Flavors : - Apple: A sweeter flavor which is milder than some others, apple is commonly used with wild game and poultry - Alder: Often used with seafood, hams and bacon. It can also be used with some pork products like pork shoulders and beef brisket.

The variety of the wood determine the flavor of the smoke- there are no additives to the natural woods that make up the bisquette. This allows for the true flavor to smoke the food in combination with the highly controlled internal environment of the smoker. has a rich and "distinct" flavor - Cherry: Like the Apple, this fellow fruit flavor can also be used with poultry and wild game - Hickory: A strong flavor that is most often used with game meat, beef and pork - Maple: Like Alder, Maple is commonly used with seafood, bacon, and hams - Mesquite: A stronger flavor, Mesquite is frequently used for smoking beef and game meat. - Oak: Another strong flavor which can be used with game meat, beef and some pork similar to the Mesquite - Pecan: A flavor that is most often used with chicken and turkey - Special Blend: Considered mild and as such can go with most any dish Packs: - 48 pack = 16 hours smoke - 120 pack = 40 hours smoke Propane Smoker Commercial.
